The board of the Literary Endowment consists of seven individuals active in the field of literature, nominated by organizations related to literature. The members of the endowment's board serve until a new composition is approved. The same person may consecutively be a member of the endowment's board for two terms. The composition of the board is confirmed by the Minister of Culture.
